Therefore, in addition to the characteristics of plastic molds, the material of die-casting molds should also have high high temperature resistance, hardness, oxidation resistance, tempering stability and impact toughness, as well as good thermal conductivity and fatigue resistance. surname. Die-casting parts have been widely used in all walks of life in the national economy, but you must know that if you want to make a high-quality die-casting part, you can't do without die-casting molds. Among them, the die-casting mold material is the main object in the design and manufacture of the bearing die-casting mold. The die-casting mold material selected first should have good forgeability, machinability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and have high red hardness, high temperature strength, tempering resistance stability and impact toughness at high temperature. The core and cavity materials of die-casting molds are generally used in 3Cr2W8V in China, and there are also 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13), 5CrNiMo and so on. Its common features are:
